Report To: Business Director / Sales Manager Department: Analytical
-POSITION OBJECTIVE -To maximize sales and profits for all combustion products in the power industry and other assigned area
-MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES -Proactively taking the lead in big combustion projects pursuits, developing related projects pursuit strategies and account management -Identify and qualify in the pursuit of all combustion opportunities in power industry -Plan, lead and coach the sales team on combustion related products and applications -Assure that all customer requests are answered promptly and correctly -Cultivate, build and maintain strong relationship with the customers -Provide accurate project forecast and monthly report timely, not only meet or exceed the budget by product line, but also meet the commitment by period. -Team work with other Analytical teams to meet or exceed Analytical China‘s target -Participate in regular power projects review meeting -Coordinate between sales team and factory, as well as End-Users, EPCs, DIs, and business partners for any combustion related business
-SCOPE -Coordination with Analytical sales team on combustion projects pursuit -Interaction with senior Emerson Process management and Analytical worldwide sales and marketing management on combustion related business -Substantial interaction with customers at all levels -Responsible for individual sales goals per the assigned bookings targets -Generate the monthly sales and administration reports

-EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE -Degree or Diploma in an Engineering Discipline, I&C preferred, mechanical, electrical considered -Minimum 5 years experience in I&C preferably in power Industry, analytical instrument experience advantageous -Minimum 3 years of sales/marketing experience in related area -Project pursuit experience and / or account management experience required -Strong communication, interpersonal and planning / priority management skills. -Mature personality and innovative. -Strong command in both spoken and written English
