Job description * In close cooperation with research and marketing departments and your patent colleagues in China， Denmark and US * Responsible for patent issues including drafting， filing and prosecuting patent applications in China and abroad * Analyzing relevant competitor‘s patent rights. Qualifications * MS or PhD degree in biotechnology， chemistry， biochemistry， microbiology， recombinant DNA technology， or the like. * Be able to express yourself fluently， accurately and creatively at least in writing in own language and in English. * Mater effective oral communication in English. * Have several years of experience as a patent attorney from well established patent firms or other private enterprises or a similar level of experience for example from the Patent Office. * Possess the national Chinese certification as patent attorney. * Have an analytical mind and take a proactive role in driving the creation of patent rights in designated areas * Mastering team work and communication with the worldwide organization. |
