Description：
1. Task Vs Suppliers:
* be part of the development process in conjunction with European Team and establish strong relationship with Suppliers
* as resident eng， be present during trials and process tuning till optimization of the part / ass’y according to drawings acting as European Team
* monitor production process and contribute to part / Ass’y qualification and solve quality issues
* support European eng when in China， work as a Team
2) Task Vs TJ factory
* participate to builds， communicate to European Team problems and follow the implementation of the solution in the Factory *Factory GNPO and DPHU support
* ALT and Proto-Cert done in TJ lab support support European eng when in China， introduce them to the relevant key people and work as a Team
* support European Team to ship and track proto-units plus paper work activities for Customs
Requirement：
1 B.S degree， or higher， in Mechanical Engineering， plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in a cellular phone environment.
2 Strong technical skills and knowledge of Pro-E design， materials selection， model simulation， Supplier capabilities and Supplier processes.
3 Experience in new product launch and high volume manufacturing.
4 Familiar with Mechanical product performance requirements for manufacturing， reliability， and field performance and service.
5 Strong understanding of 6 Sigma statistical analysis methods and tools， a 6 Sigma Blackbelt is preferred.
6 Demonstrate strong English written and oral communication skills.
7 Must be capable of preparing and presenting technical summaries to all program cross functional teams.
