Overall Role Purpose 职位宗旨:
To lead the deployment of Best in Class Sales Training and eCampus online learning programs and strategies, thus delivering the required competencies of sales personnel throughout the National, Relationship and Multichannel revenue streams. The position’s major target training groups: sales supervisor, sales manager, sales support team and National Customer Account Manager. And to deliver strategic imperatives that should be adopted in collaboration with AP SINRO initiatives.

Accountabilities: ?
Ensure the successful delivery of all training programs in country 确保所有针对路区销售和电话销售的培训项目在中国顺利进行
Ensure the localization and translation of the training content 确保培训内容的本地化,培训内容得到翻译
Develop a consistent approach to sales learning that is leading edge and ‘accelerated learning’ based, through the acquisition and cascade of leading edge learning technologies, and thereafter cascading these technologies throughout the sales training personnel in consultation with the Country Training and Development Manager. 为销售学习发展一个以领先、“加速学习”为基础的学习途径
Implement and manage the eCampus e-learning platform and content 执行并管理eCampus e-learning平台及其内容

3 years experience leading development and delivery of learning solutions in a service industry 3年服务行业培训发展工作经历
Experience in developing training solutions and delivery / support collateral, ideally in a sales environment. 具有发展培训解决方案,发展/支持保障建全的、理想的销售环境
Experience of leading change management projects cross culturally and in a multi-dimensional matrix environment 跨文化,多维度环境中领导变革管理项目的经验
