Job responsibilities:
Selling both recruitment services to companies operating (both low and high volume recruitment);
Advising our portfolio of clients, and new clients on their recruitment needs;
Developing complex recruitment solutions tailored to the requirements of individual clients, and then delivering these solutions with the very highest emphasis on service and quality;
Working as an integral member of a team locally and in virtual teams across our office network to offer clients cross-border recruitment solutions which are truly unique to Antal;
Developing business with existing and new clients using the tools and successes of the whole of the Antal International group;
Contributing to your own and team profit centre‘s ensuring targets and goals are reached;
Requirements:
Educated to university level in a commercially discipline;
Speak fluent English and Mandarin Chinese
Either 3-5 years Automotive industry working experiences or strong interested in Automotive industry.
be a very good communicator who is willing to develop as a professional recruitment consultant with a leading international brand. Ability to work independently and as a proactive team member.
Strong research skills with ability to contact organizations and individuals for interviews
