1.POSITION SUMMARY The position holder will handle Account Receivable and invoice issuing. 2.PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES A)Issue invoices and prepare cash reports; B)Handle part of A/R, prepare analysis report and outstanding follow up C)Customer inquiry service In the course of performing the above duties,the position holder should also focus in the following issues: A)Improve customer satisfaction through problem solving and answer enquiries B)Participate actively in brainstorming sessions with creativity C)Provide excellent customer service over the counter and telephone D)Demonstrate a professional and pleasant demeanor and communication E)Utilize APL’s services (equipment, routing) to assist customers F)Initiate and promote teamwork, utilize creativity in group sessions G)Liaison and communicate with other departments 3.SKILLS REQUIREMENT A)Degree holder, preferable in Accounting B)At least 1-2 years relevant working experience C)Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin D)Good communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels E)Capable of working independently with limited supervision F)Good PC skills in Windows/Excel/Word G)Initiative,responsive and proactive H)Can work under pressures and tight deadlines I)Willing to accept challenges Location: Yantian, Shenzhen（有班车接送） sprchr@apl.com (Please indicate the apply position on the subject) |
