| Service Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / CHALLENGES: -Manage Branch Service Team; -Ensure that efficient and high quality services are delivered to students; -Ensure compliance to regulatory and internal control standards and operational procedures are strictly adhered to. SELECTION CRITERIA -A university graduate with 3 - 5 years of related training experience; -Sound knowledge of teaching products and services; -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of people, often in complex and difficult situations; -Team player who shows initiative and assertiveness; -Self-motivator who is keen to upgrade, improve personal knowledge and skills to meet job requirements; -Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.A university degree preferably in Business or related discipline; -Good understanding of training/ services regulations. |
