General Purpose:
Manages and leads a certain project and proactively participates in definition of new projects.
Main Responsibility Areas:
Resolves problems through immediate actions or short term planning and sets priorities to ensure task completion.
Maintains orderly work processes by coordinating work flow and work quality.
Adheres to established practices and procedures in work area.
Builds an environment that supports cooperation and cohesiveness among the work team and with other areas within the organisation.
Scope:
Performs and/or coordinates day-to-day activities to meet departmental/project objectives.
Carries out root/cause analysis in more complex problems.
Can develop and implement recommendations.
Impact:Impact is short-term and usually departmental/project in scope. Accountable for quality， accuracy and efficiency of own and/or team achievements. Actions and errors can have program， project， functional impact.
Qualification:
must possess not less than 8 years of related project management experience with capability of working under minimum supervision
good experience in mobile phone assembly process， test/RF related is an added advantage
working in an fast-pace electronic industry is preferred
must have strong analytical capabilities， strong desire in problem solving and numerical orientated
hands-on attitude; can-do manner; a team player
good knowledge on delivery launch management process
able to lead a cross functiona project team and launch complex products，
demonstrate good command and control， crisis management and leadership skill
good communication skill in English and writing is a pre-requisite
able to work under tight product launch schedule and extreme pressure
