| 生产主管职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibilities: -Lead DI clean room teams to meet daily and weekly production schedules. -Manufacturing cost control in DI clean room which including head count, sub-material and operators OT. Scrap rate. -In charge of work out workshop hours schedule and manpower rotation based on PPC and Manufacturing master plan. Summarize production schedule output variance. -In charge of daily inventory (DOS) control and monitoring and effective action taken to meet target of workshop. -Act as leader of workshop to organize physical count according to company schedule and variance analysis and action taken to ensure actual count number match with system. -Coordinate with other department to ensure SAP,SFC,VENUS and other system set up and run smoothly in workshop. -Optimize process flow and materials flow to meet Lead time target of DI clean room. -Assess procedure/process changes before implement action (MPI,PCN,PEN,etc), implement PCN,PEN with training and engineer‘s supporting, and confirm effect of the change . -Implement 5S and follow company safety procedure to keep good working environment and safety to all concerned persons. -Report process/production issues/suggestions to manufacturing manager and related department. -Evaluate working performance of personal under organization and provide suggestions to manager -Follow up company rules to build good moral and discipline in manufacturing department. Qualifications: -Bachelor‘s degree or higher, major in mechanical or electrical engineering -Two years production planning and inventory control experience in manufacturing. -Be fluent in English & Communication. -Be familiar with MRP or ERP, Skillfully operate computer. |
