Supplier‘s quality issue management prepare the action plan and coordinate with relevant dept to get all the problems resolved asap coordinate Incoming inspection (dimension, material, coating, surface, documents,…)and supplier quality assurance coordinate overseas suppliers for quality issues Dispose the quality problems occurred on purchased parts Track the progress of supplier‘s quality issues and report to the management in a written form in a timely manner provide assistance in problem solving activities (inhouse, supplier, customer) collect and condense data and prepare monthly KB-reporting(KPI) Requirement: major in mechanism; more than 5 years working experience in quality management; fluent English. |
