职位描述：

Overall Role Purpose:

To improve area sales revenue and ensure sales strategy targets are achieved， identify area potential customer and manage and grow the Direct sales channels， which include Telesales and Telemarketing， in line with national direct sales strategies

Accountabilities：



Provide information of DHL products and services according to customers’ needs

Manage direct customers by regular contact

Obtain newly entry customers

Provide required customer and market information and propose needs based on direct sales business

Skills / Qualifications:



Numerical skills

Software skills (Word， Excel， PowerPoint， etc.)

Software skills (Sales Forecasting)

Communication skills， spoken and written (excellent)

Expected years of experience:



5 years experience in consumer/retail and/or marketing planning

2 years experience in a similar capacity and preferably in a mid-size organization of a related industry

Degree in related discipline
