| Commodity Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibilities: - Develop and execute Annual Operating Plan for plastic parts. - Develop an overall sourcing strategy that supports the goals of the line of business. - Manage tooling transfer from overseas to China. - Design and deploy processes that are consistent with the identified strategy through teaming with other functional team. - Align with business to ensure appropriate sourcing measures and metrics are in place and deployed. - Work with the Global Commodity Management Team to identify viable and world class suppliers that can deliver customized supply solutions. - Select and manage required suppliers, effectively consolidate direct suppliers with identified strategic partners. - Implement processes to enable technology driven processes including e-auctions of major spend opportunities. - Ensure the purchase award to best supplier, material requirement planning, and supplier management inventory systems are addressed. Requirements: - Mechanical engineering bachelor degree required, Master degree preferred. - 8+ years working experience in Operations and/or Supply Management. - Electronic industry background. Plastic knowledge required and associated experience for 5+ years. - Strong managerial skills to work across all functions and levels of an organization; ability to lead change; desire for high performance. - Good communication and interpersonal skill; effective facilitation skills. - Persistent drive for results utilizing sound project management, organizational and problem solving skills. - Solid negotiation skills and knowledge of effective technology driven sourcing processes. - Strategic thinking ability to make sound business judgments related to strategic supply philosophies and initiatives. - Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred |
