Overall Responsibility - Independently lead the process for all kinds of mergers and acquisitions including share and asset deals and establishment of Joint Ventures and Wholly Owned Foreign Entities - Perform market and competitor analysis - Manage/maintain the financial models for Feasibility Study Report - Create tailored management presentations for internal/external events - Principal Accountabilities - During the acquisition process, be responsible for the creation of all required documents as defined by the ABB Group such as Fist Pass Valuation, Investment proposal and the government required FSR etc. - Coordinating with local BU group function in Zurich, support local BU in all internal approval process - Perform strategic analysis and financial modeling of any investment - Lead and coordinate the different tasks during the acquisition - Collect and analyze market and competitor data - Cost analysis together with the LBU team members - Participate in meetings and work with potential partners to conduct feasibility study - Create top management PowerPoint presentations - Accept training and self-study in line with requirements - Perform other relevant duties as assigned Job Specifications - Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics. MBA/CPA/CFA preferred - A couple of years working experience, preferably with MNC, in financial analysis, investment and business development with industrial background. Marketing/sales experience is a plus - Fluent in written and spoken Putonghua Very good spoken and written English - Strong understanding of financial analysis, controlling and strategy Good understanding of valuation - Business minded, manufacturing industry experience preferred - Good team skills (coordination/communication) - Highest degree of integrity Other Requirements: - Outgoing character with presentable and inter-personal skills - Ability to think strategically over a wide range of business scenarios - Problem-solving skills - Negotiation skills - Able to work under pressure for long hours - Willing and able to take on responsibility - Willingness to travelFlexible, action and customer oriented For more information, please visit www.abbcareer.com |
