| National LogisticsManager职位说明及要求 | |
| Detail Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent该职位主要职责 ? Supervises finished goods receiving and releasing in all warehouses. ? Supervises warehouse personnel to complete replenishment truck loading as Inventory Group required. ? Organizes weekly cycle count and monthly physical count as Finance requires. Provides counting reports to Inventory Group & Customer Service Manager timely. Must achieve 99% inventory accuracy to meet company’s requirement. ? Supervises customer deliveries and collects data on time. Works with all logistics suppliers to achieve 98% on-time delivery score. Does monthly analysis and prepares improvement plan. ? Works with all RDC staff to keep all warehouse places clean and tidy. All warehouse spaces must meet Company’s GMP standard. ? Works with Customer Service Manager to conduct warehouse auditing. ? Assists Customer Service Manager to control distribution cost through optimized delivery routes/truck loading and negotiating with forwarders. ? Assists Department Head for Gum disposal and wastage treatment. ? Manages Warehouse Assistants to use warehouse facilities and vehicles properly and securely. ? Trains and develops subordinates. Keeps close communication to them and recommends staffing requirements to Customer Service Manager. ? Works closely with Inventory Planning team to maintain an optimum inventory level. ? Works closely with Customer Service Center to maintain a high service level. ? Establishes a good communication channel with Sales offices to act for any emergency. ? Finishes other tasks assigned by department head and magement team. Incumbent Requirements 该职位具体要求 ? College degree in Management， materials handling or engineering ? At least six years experience in warehouse， transportation and supply chain management ? Good communication skill |
