Position :Quality controller/Manager Report to:GM 岗位：质量经理 直接汇报：总经理 Direct Subordinates: Quality engineer and inspectors 直接下属：质量工程师、质量检验员 Job responsibilities: Summary：QC and QA and quality management as below： 1.Develop optimization QC system, maintenance, improment, audit internal and external, 2.Establish the realization solutions of QA and QC, in charge of quality control of manufacturing process，materials，outsourcing，semifinished product and finished product quality inspection and assurance. 3.Be responsible for product delivered to customers，solve problems and complain from customers. 4.Dept. meeting management. Selecting，training，coaching and evaluation of subordinates.Ensure them understand company culture and spirit and contribute to company development and cooperation with skills and requirement of company. Cooperate the GM, colleagues and subordinates to solve all kinds of problems to make work smoothly. 5.QC Dept. cost management and quality management cost control, identify “cost cause” “failure analysis” and implement corrective action. 6.Keep Dept. area orderly, and in charge of dept.safety management. 7.Report the situation/results according to requirement. 8.Finish other tasks according to new situation and temporary ensures. 职责描述 综述：负责公司质量体系的控制、保证、及管理： 1.质量体系的建立、保持、改进、内部审核和外部审核。 2.确定产品实现的质量保证措施和控制措施，产品制造过程的质量控制，原材料、外购件、半成品和成品质量的验证。 3.对交付客户的产品质量负责，处理客户问题和投诉。 4.部门会议的安排和管理。甄选、培训、指导和考核下属。保证下属的合作、理解和献身企业精神、职位要求的技能、职业生涯设计与企业发展的协调。帮助下级解决工作中的问题，及时向上级反映工作中的问题。 5.部门财产和费用的控制, 质量成本的控制, 不良成本分析和和失效分析,实施纠偏措施。 6.保持部门负责区域的整洁、消防和安全。 7.掌握公司质量的即时状况，按要求完成工作报告（工作总结、各类报表）。 8.按要求完成上级布置的其它任务。 Job qualifications: 1.Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, industry engineer or related; Training background in management knowledge，quality management systems， 2. Familiar with machining components of brass and copper, 3. 5 years QC management experience in foreign machining manufacturing company, at least 3 years experience as dept. manager is prefered. 4. Understand QC and QA, know how to develop , implement and improve QC system, 5. be accomplished in how to measure quality and how to identify “cost cause” “failure analysis” and implement corrective action 6. Fluent English of spoken and writing. Good skills of computer and software using. 7. Honest，be good at communication ,leading and problem solving. 任职资格标准 1）机械制造相关专业或工业管理专业本科以上学历， 有管理学、质量体系管理培训背景； 2）熟悉铜制零件产品的机加工; 3）5年以上外资机加工制造领域质量控制工作经验，3年以上经理经验佳； 4）理解质量控制和质量保证，能够建立实施及改善质量控制体系 5）精通如何评估质量，如何界定质量损失和失效分析，能够实施纠偏措施 6）熟练的英语交流，熟练地使用电脑及各种办公软件。 7）诚实正直，善于沟通，极丰富的人员管理技巧和问题处理能力； |
