CANDIDATE BRIEF DIRECTOR/SENIOR MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS IN EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENTS (CHINA OR TAIPEI BASED) Our client is a management consulting firm in executive search recruitment. These services include integrated search for key positions in China/ Asia and consulting for talent and workforce management. Today, the company has 6 offices in China & Taipei, & through partnership worldwide, it has partner offices in some 100 offices across the five continents of the world. In order to meet the company‘s next 5 years of profitable growth objectives, our client is looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about consulting to join them in this exciting, rewarding journey. POSITION PROFILE Position: Director / Senior Consultant Develop and execute on client development strategies to promote the firms’ core solutions to target clients (activities may include public speeches, client roundtables, proactive visits of target clients) Effectively explore clients specific needs and develops customized solutions to meet their needs (which requires confidence and credibility in front of senior executives at the client organization) Build strong, deep, long-term client relationships through excellent client management skills and outstanding services provided for the client Provide guidance for a team of consultants & researchers in order to ensure the team delivers promised results to the client Coach and mentor younger, less experienced consultants and committed to the development of others and himself/herself Challenge the way we do things to help the firm continuously improve so that the firm is truly adding value to our clients Demonstrate strong leadership skills on business, client, content knowledge and associate engagement and be a Hewitt role model CANDIDATE PROFILE: 5+ years of management consulting or general management experience Hold a strong belief in “Appointing The Right Leader Makes the Differences” Strong business acumen Excellent analytical skills and communication skills Customer oriented and a team player Friendly, accommodating, flexible and fun to be with REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS The Director will report to the President.
