| 1. At least 5 years experience in Production Operations， and 3 years above experience in Manager/Assistant Manager Position; 2. Familiar with SPC， good knowledger in 6 Sigma， Lean Manufacturing; 3. Good in Production reporting & product/WO tracking; 4. Good sence of continuous improvement， willing to provide improved solution; 5. Good communication skill， can work with all level of personnels， willing to be a coach &mentor to train production team; 6. Bachelar above， good command of English， fimiliar with MS office. |
