| Engineer Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| Engineer manager is responsible for providing mechanical designs and technical expertise to product development teams. The Engineer will be part of an international team working in Shenzhen and United States. duties will include: ? Develop innovative solutions in the development of compact consumer products designed to meet aggressive reliability， performance， cost and timeline requirements ? Prototype Development and Analysis ? Troubleshooting and finding root cause for any failures or manufacturing issues. ? Product Design and verification of mechanical systems utilizing 3D CAD tools Requirements: ? Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Degree ? 2+ years experience as a mechanical engineer. ? Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D CAD programs. ? Proficiency in Word， Excel， and Outlook. ? Working knowledge of injected molded plastics. ? Working knowledge of stamped， turned， and machined metal parts. ? Familiar with a wide variety of engineering materials， their properties， and how to apply this knowledge to engineered solutions. ? Familiar with manufacturing process ? Experience as a mechanical engineer on at least one new product design cycle ? Experience with designing products that include moving parts ? Highly motivated， self starter. ? Comfortable finding new solutions to new problems. ? Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal in English |
