| Manufacturing Engineer职位说明及要求 | |
| -Responsible to dive process control， yield and productivity improvement at EMS . -Study and evaluate production process and procedure including process flow， machine utilization， material handling， yield and cost improvement. -Analyze defects/detractors and plan for corrective action and improvement plan to minimize or eliminate the defects. -Able to provide Manufacturing Engineering support for development and pre-production of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies. -Knowledge in Surface Mount and Through-Holes and able to interpret and generate complex manufacturing work instructions and methodologies. -Maintain a through knowledge and in depth field experience on PCBA to meet company‘s goals. -Responsible for the process development and fabrication of PCBA manufacturing and mechanical assembly manufacturing. |
