| Responsibilities 职位描述: • Work with customers to define technical requirements for the application of Engine Management Systems to customer vehicles 与客户合作确定发动机管理系统的技术要求 • Manage development of Engine Control Units with ECU design engineers to meet customers performance， cost， quality and delivery requirements 与设计工程师合作开发发动机控制单元以满足客户在性能、成本、质量及供应方面的要求 • Lead integration of EMS hardware onto development engines and vehicles 负责将发动机管理系统的硬件集成、安装到客户的发动机及整车 • Design and conduct system validation tests (emissions， performance， EMC and durability)， prepare system verification plans and reports 计划并进行系统验证试验（排放、性能、电磁兼容性和耐久性），并准备系统验证及测试报告 Requirements任职要求: • Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering related to the automotive field 具有与汽车相关的机械工程或电气/电子工程相关的本科或研究生学历 • Understand Engine Management Systems including engine management sensors， throttle bodies， fuel injectors， engine control units and software control strategies 了解发动机管理系统中的传感器、节气门体、排油嘴、发动机控制单元和软件控制策略 • Understand China Stage III/IV emission standards and EOBD diagnostics requirements. 了解欧III/IV排放标准和欧洲在线故障诊断（EOBD） • Understand principles of gasoline engines operation and gasoline engine emissions controls 了解汽油发动机工作的基本原理和排放控制 • Good at English， both in written and spoken 较强英文表达能力 |
