| Team Leader IC Verification职位说明及要求 | |
| Job Description: Manage a team of 8 to 10 people in the field of IC Verification Take technical lead for the team working in the field of IC verification. Interface to business groups Evaluate effort for IC Development projects Commit delivery schedule for IC Development projects Ensure execution of IC Development tasks of team based on comittment Career and training planning of team members Ensure efficient and state-of-the-art IC Development process within the team Requirements: Phd/Masters/Bachelor‘s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or in related field Minimum 5 years of experience in IC development with at-least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader Strong experience in coverage driven verification (CDV) Specman based verification and formal verification method. Should be very conversant with IC development methodology and relevant EDA tools used in the industry and should be hands-on to resolve issues/suggest actions/initiate alternate-plans. Ensure regular reporting， documentation and should have excellent communication and leadership skills. Tool skills: General tools (PowerPoint， Word， Excel， Acrobat， etc) EDA tool knowledge Ability to speak and write English is a must， CET 6 Self-motivated team player and able to work with minimum supervision. Willingness to take overseas business trip. |
