Job Summary
To be the technical expert on the AOI equipment to ensure their effective and efficient use.
Principal Responsibilities
To ensure that the AOI machines are programmed to detect failures efficiently and that false failures are minimised
To write Work Instructions and conduct training so that the Operators are able to run the AOI equipment without supervision.
To train PEs to act as back-ups to the AOI Engineer.
To provide preventive maintenance processes and schedules to ensure the equipment is kept in full operating condition at all times
Familiar with CyberOptics Flex UltraTM HR AOI is preferred.
Qualifications & Experience
University degree in a relevant subject.
At least 2 year’s hands-on experience of AOI equipment， preferably Cyberoptics.
Ability to read English
High self motivation and energy level
