| CRM Senior Consultant职位说明及要求 | |
| 工作内容： Job description: 1) Determine the detailed design of the system 2) Review the standard Oracle process flows with Client function lead and Determine where the gaps exist. 3) Determine how processes can be changed and adapted to take the most advantage of Oracle functionality. 4) Determine where customizations are necessary. 5) Conduct all process reviews and workshops with the Client to Determine the how the system will be configured. Requirements: 1) Has 3+ years experience as a consultant 2) Has at least 1 full project cycle expeirence of Oracle CRM Service Module 3) Understand customer service process in equipment manufacturing industry， especially in telecommunication equipment (e.g. switchboard， base station) 4) Has language proficiency in English and Mandarin (speaking and writing) 5) Has Japanese capability (optional) |
