财务经理 Financial Manager职位说明及要求

Responsibilities:

1) Managing Finance/Accounting， Outsourcing projects for overseas clients;

2) Developing strong business relationship with the client;

3) Delivering service according to SLAs and agreed KPIs， targets;

4) Team management and people development;

5) Cost control and labor utilization against financial targets;

6) Actively participating in centre-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

1) Must have professional accounting academic;

2) Proven at least 5 years and above experience at people management and supervisory position preferably in MNC;

3) Strong work organizer， talented process improver;

4) Excellent language skills (mainly English and some other minor languages if specified;

5) Proactive and open-minded， harmony interpersonal skills， independent， be able to work under high pressure;

6) Some travel is required.
