| Performance Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| Coordinates the Yearly planning cycle for the Manufacturing organization of thre BU (Assessment (CKHC & self assessment)， Priorities， Strategic review， PIP， Budget & RPs). Validates and assists the DEX to validate technical & cost inputs/assumptions throughout the cycle. Supports Plant managers in improving the quality & consistency of the plans/budget/RPs. Is the main interface for performance management with the Relations Director of the Technical Centre Sets up Performance model of Competitor Plants through access to Public Domain， Local Associations， and structuring anecdotal information from suppliers， contractors， and other sources Establishes inter – plant laboratory routine. Formalizes results for communication to Sales and Marketing， and for Plant corrective actions. Organizes the transfer of best practice in Maintenance between BU Plants Promotes the application of Operations Research techniques such as Queuing Theory， and Linear Programming to BU problems involving inventory， optimisation of volume allocation and organisational problems Assists the DEX to implement the Lafarge Operating model with regards to performance management at a plant level. Level of Education and experience required : University Engineering degree 15 – 20 years Heavy Industry experience of which 5 in Cement MBA or similar work experience in performance related position |
