| Job Description: Leading a group of 10 to 20 verification and design engineers Drive IC verification and design methodology and responsible for group competence building up. Take technical lead for the team working in the field of IC design and verification. Interface to business groups Evaluate effort for IC Development projects Commit delivery schedule for IC Development projects Ensure execution of IC Development tasks of team based on commitment Career and training planning of team members Ensure efficient and state-of-the-art IC Development process within the team Requirements: Ph.D/Masters/Bachelorˇs Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent Good understanding of MCU， DSP， or ASIC system. Minimum 5 years experience in VLSI design or SoC verification. (Specman， ModelSim， NC-Sim and Mix-signal verification experience). Strong experience in coverage driven verification (CDV) Specman based verification and formal verification method. Good interpersonal and communication skills People， or project management experience is an advantage Good command in English. Able to communicate with Mandarin is desirable Very conversant with IC development methodology and relevant EDA tools used in the industry and able to resolve issues/suggest actions/initiate alternate-plans. Ensure regular reporting， documentation and should have excellent冝 communication and leadership skills. |
