| Principal duties and responsibilitiesDescribe the major functions or activities that job perform Professional training courses requiredlist the professional training courses that function required *Leading Master Scheduler and PIC group to provide the accurate production planning/scheduling then confirm to customer and ensure the schedule are executed properly by production. *Time management; Facilitation skills;Negotiation skills; Effective communications;Service plus; *Ensure all purchasing actives are on the right time, right quantity, good quality and at lowest apply cost conduction the cost reduction activities to ensure we get competitive price and leading the SQM group to improve the supplier quality and ensure to obtain uninterrupted flow of material. * Project management; Supplier quality assurance systems; *Handle the logistics function to provide the traffic arrangement for import and export shipments. Management all the inventory transition to be on time and accurate * Warehouse Management Inventory management *In charge of inventory control to ensure we have enough material to provide the service to customers and productions, review the S&E then take necessary action to reduce it and at the same time increase the inventory turns as best as possible. * Professional selling skills; Interview skills;Presentation skills; DDI IM;Performance appraisal; Team building;TQM review; 1.College or university graduated, major in industrial management or related is preferred.2.At least 8 years working experience in this field.3.Must be able to read and write English, and good ability of English communication.4.Have ability to supervise 3-8 persons. |
