| Engineering Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| Job Brief: Directs and manage the Engineering Department under the supervision of Head of Engineering. 1) Planning and scheduling activities and coordinates performance to accomplish project objectives. 2) Provide technical aid for adjustment of processing equipment and new equipment 3) To provide the support and follow through to his/her engineering team for establishing and documenting Process FMEA， Control Plans， Total Control Methodology (TCM)， statistical process controls and inspection techniques of respective processes. 4) Executing New Product Introduction/Process changes in compliance with and APQP Manual. 5) Championing and initiating continuous improvement for his/her area of responsibility. 6) Ensuring that his/her engineering teams are adequately trained. 7) Ensure timely response for corrective actions/request to customers. 8) Developing， motivating and empowering staff to provide responsive and cost effective services. 9) Reviewing and recommending policy or procedural changes to achieve site environmental， health and safety compliance， the reduction or elimination of related issues and costs， and continuous improvement of the reporting and protection systems established. 10) Developing and implementing plans to minimize and eliminate the interruption of core services provided to manufacturing that lead to production loss. 11) Support manufacturing organizations in equipment maintenance， process， quality and productivity improvement. 12) Develop advance-manufacturing processes to cater for the needs of new products. 13) Co-ordinate the implementation strategies and methodologies for continuous improvement. 14) Champion the development of engineering talent. 15) Administrator for programs to improve engineering know-how， engineering exchange， awards， technical ladder， etc. Education: Degree or equivalent Average Years of Experience: 8-10 Typically Reports To: Operation Manager of Manufacturing and Technology Typically Supervises: Engineering Department |
