此职位需在盐田上班，公司有班车接送！ 1.POSITION SUMMARY ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The position holder is responsible for Account Receivable, Account Payable, General Accounting and Cash Management etc at Shenzhen. 2.PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A)Handle shipment payment and collection B)Process account payable C)Monitor cash balance D)Prepare non-cash reconciliation E)Issue invoices and prepare cash reports F)Handle general accounting In the course of performing the above duties, the position holder should also focus in the following issues: A)Improve customer satisfaction through problem solving and answer enquiries B)Participate actively in brainstorming sessions with creativity C)Demonstrate a professional and pleasant demeanor and communication D)Initiate and promote teamwork, utilize creativity in group sessions E)Liaise and communicate with other departments 3.SKILLS REQUIREMENT ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A)Degree holder, preferable in Accounting B)At least 2 years relevant working experience C)Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin D)Good communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels E)Capable of working independently with limited supervision F)Good PC skills in Windows/Excel/Word G)Initiative, responsive and proactive H)Can work under pressures and tight deadlines I)Willing to accept challenges |
