PurchasingDepartmentManager(Backup)采购部门经理（储备）职位说明及要求



Mission:
Manages a team to develop, produce and deliver excellent quality sports products to customers all around the world
Responsible for the on time delivery, while guaranteeing the economic ratios of the group (Turnover, margin, expenses, etc)
Responsible for sourcing, selecting and managing suppliers according to our high social and quality standards
Dispatches the team responsibilities and promote their personal development

Profile:
Sports enthusiast
At least 2 years management experience
Significant leadership personality
Technical know-how in production processes (preferably in Textile / Metal / Cycle / Plastic / ...)
Good communication skills
Bachelor degree or above
Proficient in Chinese, English, French is a plus
