| Purchasing Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibilities: -Plan， organize， direct and control activities related to the purchasing function of raw material， components， equipments， technical service and others. -Participate in developing and implementing Global Supply Chain Strategy. -Develop relationship and manage tier-1 contract manufacturers. -Evaluate the cost of draft BOM and work with engineering team to select the suitable parts. -Approve selection of major suppliers， train buyers to assess vendor capabilities， develop sources， and evaluate vendor performance to meet company requirements. -Negotiate terms of major contracts and blanket orders with suppliers. -Implement strategic sourcing alternatives. -Recommend major purchases of materials on the basis of anticipated changes in prices or on unusual availability situations. -Participate in cross-functional teams representing purchasing function. -Manage staff members. Requirements: -BS degree. -7 + years experience in Purchasing， Sourcing， Procurement， Supply Chain， 3 years of which in a Purchasing Management or Supervisory role. -In-depth knowledge of raw material， components and equipments in electronic market. -Familiar with purchasing process and government related laws and regulations. -Proven history of achieving cost reduction targets. -Experience managing / working with global suppliers. -Proven leadership experience and ability. -Proven strong negotiating and strategic supplier management skills. -Strong communication skills in English. -Prior Engineering exp. background a plus. -Experience working in a fast paaced environment. -Excellent multitasking and problem solving skills. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -MS Office experience required and MRP experienced preferred. |
