For more information log on to: www.honeywell.com 过程改进人员好比工程师的教练。一方面，服务于项目组：检查工作产品，参与项目活动，发现产品和过程执行中的问题，分析数据，找到原因，提出改进建议。另一方面，在组织级负责工程方法、工具的推广，从而不断提高生产效率和产品质量。 经验要求： 1.三年以上软件开发经验，一年以上硬件或嵌入式系统开发经验； 2.一年以上项目管理经验； 3.如果有过程改进的工作经验，优先考虑； 4.英文读写流利。 技能要求： 1.技术卓越：敏捷，灵活；善于应对技术难题；乐于学习和钻研新工具，如软件架构设计工具或软件测试工具等。 2.有效的沟通者：善于把复杂的问题用简洁的语言描述；会倾听。 Responsibilities: 1. Work along with the project teams, involve in both product development and project management activities, check the work products, perform process compliance audit, help the project teams analyze process data, conduct root cause analysis and give improvement proposals. 2. At the organization level, pilot and deploy new engineering tools and methods to improve both productivity and quality. Experience: 1. More than 3 years’ experience in software development, and more than 1 year’s experience in hardware or embedded system development; 2. More than 1 year’s experience in project management; 3. Process improvement experience is preferred; 4. Good at English reading and writing. Skill: 1. Technical Excellence: Agile, flexible; willing to deal with technical problems, and learn new engineering tools, such as design modeling tools, testing tools, etc. 2. Effective Communicator: Make the complex simple; be able to listen. |
