SeniorFinancialAnalyst（高级财务分析师）(F/SFA/51JOB)职位说明及要求

Responsibilities:
-Prepare the monthly variance analysis for field operations which will be used for monthly performance review with HQ at Bentonville
-Prepare P/L reports for individual departments and function heads and provide answers to questions raised
-Assist in the annual budgeting exercise
-Responsible for the update of budget book and reporting definitions
-Collect & maintain from various departments the 12-month rolling forecasts.
-Responsible for the review of the completeness and accuracy of budgets and also rolling 12-month rolling forecasts
-Build reports which improve the efficiency and effectiveness in the analysis of monthly operating results
-Do the ad hoc analysis to meet business requirements

Requirements:
-University graduate
-Good understanding of accounting concepts and principles
-Good knowledge of the US and international GAAPs
-Experience in financial planning and analysis
-Experience in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for multinational corporations
-Excellent excel skills
-Essbase/Hyperion knowledge and skills are preferable
-Good command of English
-5 years working experience. Candidate with less experience will be considered for position of Financial Analyst
-Working towards CPA qualifications
-Outgoing & proactive
-Sensitive to figures, detailed & analytical mind
-Candidate with less experience will be considered as Financial Analyst
