| Job Purpose: 职务目的 To provide leadership and have direct line responsibility for all aspects of manufacturing and engineering， both day to day and strategically for an identified production area. Responsible for leading his/her team of supervisors and engineers on improving profits and reducing waste along the product value stream in line with lean manufacturing principles. 全面直接领导制造工程的日常性和特定生产领域的战略性工作。负责领导团队的主管和工程师实现利润创新，产品价值，减少浪费，符合制造原理的效率规律。 Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities: 主要职责 1. Responsible for the constant achievement of the key goals and objectives of the team: (a.) Reach safety goals; (b.) Achieve quality targets; (c.) Achieve delivery targets; (d.) Keep cost budget. 负责团队关键性目标的可持续成就，包括：实现安全和质量目标、准时按客户要求交货，控制成本预算。 2. Develop strategy and drive continuous improvement efforts to insure competitiveness in the industry and is responsible for the realization of continuous improvements to eliminate wastes. 制定发展战略，推动持续的改进成果，保证组织在相关行业领域具备的竞争性，负责实现组织的连续性进步，从而减少不必要的浪费。 3. Responsible for the safety of the entire team by keeping the work area and processes free of safety hazards. 负责整个团队安全，保证工作区域和流程无危险因素 4. Facilitate communication to ensure the whole organization‘s efforts are aligned towards given objectives. 促进沟通，确保整个组织的所有努力都朝既定目标发展 5. Create a working environment that would encourage employees to excel and be leaders. 创建一个工作环境，能够激励员工发挥自身潜能，突出优越，成为领导者。 6. Develop a personnel development and succession plan for key positions to ensure the long term growth and integrity of the organization and is responsible for the development of all direct reports. 针对关键职位，制定出员工发展及连续性计划，以此确保组织的长期性增长和诚信度，同时负责所有工作思路报告的开发。 7. Ensure that the operations people comply with the requirements of TS 16949， ISO 14001。 确保操作人员严格按照TS16949，ISO 14004体系标准进行操作 8. Other duties assigned by management. 管理层指派的其他工作 Essential 必备的: Educated to degree level or equivalent in a mechanical， electrical or electronic engineering discipline 机械电子工程专业大学学历水平 5-10 years experience in manufacturing preferably in automotive industry or in QS/ISO environment， 3 years in managerial capacity 5-10年生产制造经验，汽车行业经验或QS/ISO环境工程经验优先，3年管理能力 Fluent English 英语流利 Able to liaise with all appropriate internal and external service and support areas to effectively manage the Manufacturing dept 与所有内外部服务保持适当联络，对能有效管理生产制造部门的领域给予支持。 Strong leadership， negotiation and inter-personal skills 较强的领导力，商业谈判力和人际关系技能。 Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and to initiate and implement change Knowledgeable on lean management concepts and tools 拥有较强的解决问题的分析技能以及传授知识和实现转变的能力。管理理念和方法方面具备知识渊博的能力。 Good communication skills， written and verbal Ability to combine day to day operational management and a broader strategic approach 良好的沟通技能，具备口译和笔译能力，结合日常管理，具备广泛的战略步骤。 Good time management skills - ability to organize and plan multiple long and short term tasks 良好的时间管理技能，具备组织和计划长期或短期工作目标的能力。 Leads his/her team with an emphasis on a team approach 领导团队，重点注重团队建设 Ability to adapt to changing circumstances Innovative in ideas and solutions 与时俱进，观念和方法创新 Self starter with ability to work on own initiative with a high degree of autonomy 具备高度的主动性和自治能力 |
