| Business Area:Information & Communications 《b》Tasks《/b》 Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ? Assist to maintain the service release/update life cycle. ? New service design. ? Create and maintain service database, on the regular basis. ? Production of service monthly reports. ? Support to prepare the related documentation for ISO certification. ? Regular review of service level agreement. 《b》Education《/b》 ? Bachelor degree or above. Major: Computer Science and related department. 《b》Knowledge/Languages《/b》 ? Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing in English and Chinese. ? Willingness to work overtime on short notice, if required. ? Ability to use PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project ) 《b》Experience《/b》 ? 5 years working experience in IT field. ? 2 years working experience in IT service operation and management position. ? Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively as a team member. ?
