| Business Area:Power Goals/Mission Responsible for customer service managament and relationship management Tasks -Perform Call management, record and track customer issues, handling customer complaints -Use SAP to handle Service offers, Spare Parts, tracking customer purchase and delivery -Work with regional sales to conduct CRM, analyse marketing performance -Manage customer profile information, Schedule, Memo & Notes, invoicing -Create and report service metrics (customer satisfaction, installed base, business growth, etc.) Education Bachelor Degree, major in Industrial or commercial management Knowledge/Languages -Siemens electrical and automation products -Good command of English Experience -3 years + experience of Customer Service Reperesentative -Good command of English -with good interpersonal skills and PC skills Goals/Mission Responsible for customer service managament and relationship management Working Partners/Contacts Reports to LCM manager of OGM OG unit Tasks -Perform Call management, record and track customer issues, handling customer complaints -Use SAP to handle Service offers, Spare Parts, tracking customer purchase and delivery -Work with regional sales to conduct CRM, analyse marketing performance -Manage customer profile information, Schedule, Memo & Notes, invoicing -Create and report service metrics (customer satisfaction, installed base, business growth, etc.) Education Bachelor Degree, major in Industrial or commercial management |
