| Business Area:Automation & Control Tasks Successfully execute projects within the set targets and to full customer satisfaction by -Coaching and leading the project execution team， ? -Overseeing all project related functions regarding procurement， engineering， -Supervision of sub-suppliers logistics， and onsite services(installation/commissioning)， etc. -Implementing and controlling time， cost and resources， ? -Documenting project development and milestones through regular project status meetings， ? -Ensuring continuous improvement through pro-active leadership， development of direct reports and lessons-learned sessions; ? Support the sales team by working out project strategies during the acquisition phase ? Support the sales team during bidding activities in regards to proposal contract management， risk analysis， project planning (also cost) and scheduling Education -Master or bachelor degree in electrical， mechanical or process engineering ? ? ? ? Knowledge/Languages -Basic understanding of processes in the Oil & Gas industry preferred ? -Understanding of the project management tools and methodologies， customer relationship and contract management -Good communication， negotiation， and leadership skills -Fluent in written & spoken English Experience -Project Management experience of at least 5 years Capabilities -Ability to work in an intercultural environment ?
