| Business Area:Automation & Control Tasks 1. Organize the existing marketing team and build up business development team inside business unit 2. Make professional approach about the market transperancy together with existing production management team 3. Make professional approach about the market communication and intelligence by leading the team members 4. Make clear strategy about the market penetration in different targeted industrial area in power transmission field 5. Implement the strategy together with exsiting reginal sales force. 6. Maintain business relationship with internal central marketing and regional sales force 7. Assist the General manager about the general business administration Education Education in mechanical plus MBA background is preferred or MBA background Knowledge/Languages 1.Good English and logic thinking 2.Used to lead similar team as Section Manager function in Siemens preferred.
