| HR Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| Business Area:Automation & Control Goals/Mission Optimize human resources. Responsible for human resource management, incl. recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefit, employee relations, and some administrative functions. Will work independently or lead a small team, depends on business needs. Tasks -Formulate and implement personnel-related Company programs and policies. -Make personnel budget, participate in recruiting process, give consultation on selection for key positions, new comers integration -Conduct exit talk and record, analyse exit reason, support management in key staff retention, commitment and development. -Take part in remuneration surveys, establish competitive wage rate. -Establish and update position and performance evaluation guideline, set up fair compensation structure and implement. -Cooperate with Trade Union regarding employee welfare & satisfaction, labor dispute, negotiation of collective contract. -Administrative responsibilities, e.g. HR personnel mgmt., HR daily work, check & approval issues etc. Education Degree:Bachelor or above Knowledge/Languages Office Software Interview skills Training skills Human Resource Knowledges Labor laws and regulations Corporate guidelines and company policies Business Knowledge Fluent in speaking and writing English Experience -5 years experience in HR area. Working experience in international companies or overseas study is a plus. -Project Management experience would be a plus. -Leader for more than 3 people over 1 year. -Working experience in multi-national companies preferred.
