| osition Title:Plant HR Manager Department:HR Reporting to:Plant Manager Position code: Customers: All employees of Plant Number of Subordinates: 4 Departmental Objective: Use HR tools to motivate and control employees, get them to be highly effective Integration Positional Objective: The same as departmental objectives Support BU HR integration Entitlement: Manage recruitment system, training system, C&B system, etc. Control of labor cost and headcount Key KPI: Labor cost control ( budget control) Headcount control (budget control) Complete HR Integration Meet the objective of Plant HR Responsibilities: Set up effective HR team Support BU HR integration Follow up BU any HR request and action plan Labor cost budget control Control headcount According the GZ business developing strategic, make out HR integration plan. Bring HR team to push and merge old HR system, such as merged O-Chart, JD, hay grade, salary structure, employee handbook and so on. Ensure the employee stable and integration smoothly passed Do the best to complete it this year. Supervise performance management Support IDP( career development ) Support PTA, advance, O&HR reviewed project Support Training action plan Techinal requirements: Integration mindset Interview skill Save and control labor cost skill Be good at using C&B tools to motivate people Training needs analysis skill Communication skill Rallying point for all employees Persuasion skill Skills & Competence: University degree Above 35 year’s old Knowledge and at least 5 years in foreign company experience in HR management Good written & spoken English, TOEIC 700 Good computer skills Good Business ethic |
