Personnel Manager职位说明及要求
Principal duties and responsibilitiesDescribe the major functions or activities that job perform Professional training courses requiredlist the professional training courses that function required
*Compensation & Benefit - Review & maintain Com & Ben to be competitive (Manage/update Job Evaluation, review Salary Structure, Benefit/Salary Market survey) - Plan & Implement Com & Ben Policy/Activities (Merit increase proposal, Pension/Severance payment calculation, SAP annual Salary Update, Annual/Mid-Year PA implementatoin) - Review and check the report of payroll, O/T, leave, tax declaration...etc. - People cost review, analysis and control 1) Compensation & Benefit Package Training2) SAP/JCC Basic Training3) Job Evalaution & Salary Structure training4) Familiar with LSL/Labor Insurance /NHI/Group Insurance5) Performance Appraisal Training
*Recruitment - Recruitment for managerial leave and interview candidate - Evaluate recruiting channels efficiency in order to timely recruit suitable candidate in a cost manner - Propose & implement recruitment strategy to meet recruitment traget - Control HC moving status to meet HC budget and planning - Cooridnate with each department to review Job Description 1) Interview Skills2) Communication Skills3) Negotiation Skills
*Training - Review/analysis training strategy/policy to meet business needs & employee development - Monitor training acitivities implementation to meet training annual target goal - Pass QS9000/ISO internal/external audit 1) TQM Strategy2) Internal Trainer Training
* SAP ITC - Internal user training to make sure user can use SAP independently based on each funcation - User manual update - Solve SAP problem & error from user - Run related personnel report/retrieve personal data from SAP - Coordinate with RITC & GIS to implement/test new SAP program - Periodically check SAP data to make sure accuracy 1) SAP Advance Training (Personnel Actions/Organization Management/ABAP/4 Query/Batch Input Session/Security & Authorization/LeaveAdministration/Wrokplace(SAPMailbox)/Calendar/Holiday)
* Employee Relation - Implement Employee opinion survey & track action plan - Organize Bi-monthly ECM - Stock Management (ESPP, Stock exchange, Stock Option..) - Implement employee recognition program (Service, result award) 1) Stock Affairs Training
* Personnel - Daily Managment Board update - HR monthly report/ABNH report preparation - HR annual budget preparation 1) PDCA training
* Supervision & Others - Supervise, develop and motivate subordinate staff and report to HR manager - Asstist & implement special assignment under HR Manager direction (Succession Plan) 1) Problem Solving & Decision Make2) DDI Management Training




1. University graduate or above.
2. At least 5 ys experience in Human Resources with at least one year in supervisory position
3. Be able to communicate in English
4. Familiar with PC skill
5. Ability to work independently and good interpersonal skill
