| Quality Mgr职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibilities: Managing department staff; their performance， replacement and advancement; activities， schedule， and results for system qualification， e.g. ISO， TS and etc.; process improvement for enhanced process CpK and product quality; project schedule， budget and effectiveness; documentation system and control; skill and industry training programs and activities of all plant employees; internal and external CAR and after shipment customer service; in process quality control and disposition of defective material; IQC of all FPC related materials; chem lab and phy lab; FA and reliability test; customer PPAP and part qualification; final product quality control; record keeping per customer and/or industry requirement; yield monitoring， reporting and improvement. Processes Owned: All plant quality groups and activities Qualification Requirement: Degreed in engineering， good command of both written and verbal English， at least five years of experience in FPC manufacturing environment， four years in quality role and two years as head of quality department or group， good management skills in personnel and project; solid knowledge of quality systems， ISO， TS and others; major customer qualification experience， good communication skills. |
