| JOB TITLE Logistics & Planning Manager / 物流计划经理 REPORT TO General Manager MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES : • Be responsible for managing import and export compliance while maintaining a cooperative business relationship with Chinese government authorities. • Manage international and domestic carrier relationships and act as a liaison between company and other entities such as Customs， China Inspection Quarantine， Chinese export authorities， and other Micron parties. • Be responsible for developing and maintaining the manufacturing handbook， as well as reviewing， auditing， and correcting import documentation. • Be responsible for negotiating carrier rates， determine import classifications， manage the shipping， receiving， and finished goods department， and oversee export-related issues to ensure compliance with export regulations. SELECTION CRITERIA CRITICAL FACTORS : • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Excellent time-management skills. • Proven customer-service skills. • A detail-oriented personality. • Five years of international traffic experience (preferred). • Two years of custom-brokerage experience (preferred). • Previous accounting and audit experience (preferred). WORK EXPERIENCE : 5 years KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS : Office Software (word / excel / power point etc.) SAP EDUCATION : Bachelor OTHER CONSIDERATIONS : None |
