Routine work 日常工作职责 Keep all tools and drawing /document in order in workshop. 保持电仪工作间工具, 资料图纸放置整齐。 To sure all tools and electrical instrument/safety tools in effective and safety condition to use. 确保手头使用的工具仪表等的安全使用和有效性. Safety 安全职责 Carry out plant electrical safety. 严格执行国家和工厂的安全规则和电气安全制度。 Carry out fire alarm system routine maintenance & test. 按计划实施消防报警系统的日常测试。 Carry out fire pump weekly test. 按计划实施消防水泵每周测试。 Plant power supply operation 工厂供电系统的运行职责 Monitor and maintenance Plant Substation in good operation continually; 当班电工每天巡视10KV 变电站并作相应的运行记录。 Maintenance of switch-gear, switch-board, MCC, and plant lighting. 变电站设备，马达控制中心，现场配电柜，工厂照明的维护。 Electrical and automation system 电气，仪表，自动控制系统的维护职责: Maintenance on electrical & automation system for utilities and production equipment. 生产设备和公用设施电气和控制系统的维护保养。 Support to instrument technicians to work on calibration if necessary. 辅助仪器仪表校验工作。 Plant public address, Access door controller, and other miscellaneous electrical equipment maintenance. 工厂广播系统，门禁系统和其他零星电气设备的维护保养。 Support IT department on telephone wire. 协助工厂IT部门电话和网络系统的工作。 Others 其他职责 Plant warehouse forklift and docks maintenance. 工厂仓库装卸平台和叉车的维护保养。 Minor electrical installation and modification work. 零星电仪项目。 Report to Production Equipment Engineer whenever significant issue happening. 直接上级保持良好的沟通，及时反映工作中出现的重要问题和建设性工作建议。 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Technical or Professional Institute above and majoring Electrical Engineering. The professional certificate is requested always. 中专/技校以上，电气相关专业，具有效的高/低压电工岗位证书； Five year above with equipment maintenance and trouble shooting experience in electrical/ Plant Engineering field. 具有5年以上设备电气安装，维护和故障排除的工作经验； Electrical safety and Engineering work safety knowledge. 具有较强的用电安全和施工安全意识； Basic knowledge of Automation Products/ System. 熟悉了解基本的自动化元器件/系统等 |
