| Business Area:Automation & Control 《b》Goals/Mission《/b》 Define strategy of DI development to promote PCS 7 and high-end PLC product， system， solutions in design institutes in focused branches， perform DI buisness analysis for focused branches. 《b》Tasks《/b》 -Develop strategies towards design institutes， to establish long term cooperation with major design institutes in industries to maximum Siemens product/system/solutions acceptance. -Lead and coach regional DI promoters on their routine work. -Lead and drive new program ideas to approach design institutes more effectively. -Provide advice to sales in Industry and System Integrator to ensure market effectiveness on design institutes. -Regular contact with influential design institutes in the industries. -Establish and continously maintain design institute database. 《b》Education《/b》 Bachelor degree or above， major in Industrial Automation 《b》Experience《/b》 -minimum 3 years experience in Design Institutes in State-Owned-Enterprise in Iron & Steel， Petrochemical， Chemical， and Power industries， etc.， and -minimum 3 years sales or BD xperiences with competitors including Schneider， Emerson， ABB etc. or -minumum 4 years sales or related experiences with local or international system integrators. -collaboration with purchasing， design institutes and EPCs， and management to contruct greenfiled industrial plant. |
