| Business Area:Financing and Real Estate 《b》Goals/Mission《/b》 Be fully responsible for the financial and commerical status in the section； Be fully responsible for cost controlling， budget planning， financial status analysis to GM BA 《b》Tasks《/b》 Income statement report edited， ensure all sales， are recognized timely and correctly， A/R and business advance controlling， for overdue 60 days the report is needed； Forecast/Budget—monitoring and updating—clearly know the business:All the key performance indicator such as sales， cost， space， HC， assets， AR， AP， etc. is needed to be reported on REU level， and the analysis for trend is requested； Cost control—accurate booking/budget control—effects the Group Profit:Cost check by line items in CC report， ensure cost items are correct and reasonable. Cost analysis by pie chart or scorecard， the written analysis for the difference between actual and budget is needed； to supply financial reports to Germany. Project cost controlling and rental calculation:The related cost should be in line with the budget， for out of budget items， the written reason must be given； ADSTAR report supplied quarterly. The non-cancelable leasing figure and outstanding purchasing figure is needed to be reported.
