| Desired Skills/ Experience Technical Understand Europe Stage III/ IV emission standards and EOBD diagnostics Understand Engine Management Systems including engine management sensors， thorttlebodies， fuel injectors， engine control units， software control strategies and calibration processes Understand emissions controls operating principles Understand engine operating principles Understand basic electronics and electrical systems Understand transmission operating principles Understand Powertrain software control strategies/ function Understand Powertrain test methods Ability to Collect， evaluate and analyze P/T system test data and results Understand dynamometer usage and principles Understand emissions test usage/ methods Understand engine mapping and analysis process Understand catalytic converter application Understand Powertrain electronic diagnostics Understand Powertrain calibration process， procedures and tools Non-Technical Strong English speaking， reading and writing capability (or desire to learn) Ability to plan， prioritize and manage work tasks Prepare and Deliver technical presentations Problems solving skills Team Leadership skills Desired Education Bachelors/ Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/ Electronic Engineering related to the automotive field Job Description Manage the allocation of systems and calibration resources to meet program commitments Assist in Management of Visteon contracted engineering to meet program commitments (deliverables， quality， cost) Manage section spending to budget Develop budget requirements for future programs Develop and manage training requirements and plans for section Co-develop with Visteon project manager the systems development， ECU hardware and calibration workplan Lead calibration team to meet customers emissions， fuel economy， drivability， diagnostics and other performance criteria Lead implementation of required engineering development processes |
