Key Responsibilities：
-Install new test software and debug ATE test program on GSM/CDMA production line
-Introduce the new test process for new product transfer
-In charge of test plan development for NPI project and drive FPE and VR
-RCA when failure during FPE， VR and mass production from process and product perspective.
-Making test enhancements and decision related to day-to-day operations to meet operations objectives of output & quality.
- Technical support for product troubleshooting and Contract Manufacturing.
- Provide technical training (class or on job training) to operator
- Product test yield improvement through working with QC/ME by provides technical support and data analysis to push CM/NT root cause analysis.
- EC analysis and implement for the respective product.
Requirements:
-Bachelor or high， 0-5 years in telecommunication， with experience in test or electronics troubleshooting.
- Electronics troubleshooting skills to circuit and component level
- GSM/CDMA， knowledge is preferred
- Fluent English both spoken and written
-Strong interpersonal skill is a must
-Good PC skill
