Job Description: 50% R&D Quality Manager (QM), 50% R&D SW Testing Engineer R&D QM: In the role of Quality Manager you will be responsible for programme or project quality,and overall process and tools usage deployment. Also measuring and analysing the performance of departments in Shenzhen and proposing improvements belong to your tasks. You will have regular communication with other colleagues in Finland, India,etc.,so strong communication skill and good oral english ability is required. Requirements: - Good communication skill in English and Chinese both. - Experience in working in multicultural global teams - Excellent problem solving and risk management skills - Experience in facilitation and problem solving tasks - Experience with quality systems, standards and assessments. - Experience with process development and deployment. - Experience in project management and software development. R&D SW Testing Engineer: Acts as an SW integration and verification engineer, responsible for: - Feature analysis and test specification, - Test case design and execution, - Fault handling, - Test line maintenance. Requirements: Background, Knowledge and Skills requirements: - Bachelor or master degree - 2+ years job experience in telecom industry - Good telecom, especially radio access knowledge - Profound testing and process know how - Fluent English, both spoken and written |
