Job Briefing
Company seeks an experienced caliber to manage all aspects of China‘s operation through leading other silos(BUs) Team (project) Leaders and play as the Conductor as of the orchestra for the company.
This individual will be responsible for the following:
Driving and operating multi-level relationships with Chinese baseband internally and externally
Managing all the Team Leaders to make sure the operation running smoothly by matching the rapid business growing needs to achieve the target
Formation and execution of China‘s operation from BD strategy to the project implementation to ensure all the resources utilized within the current organization.
Overseeing the work of subordinate managers of China to manage financial plans and organizational plans.
Cooperating with company Global and Asia Pacific being as point contact for all business issues and administration coverage in China.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years MNC working experience with strong emphasis on operation management either serving for manufactures or the relevant industrial commercial office.
Having high working energy and strong enthusiasm for taking more challenges to explore him/herself greatly
A skilled professional to help company to grow and manage business operation process， with a general understanding and firmed interested in Environmental protection industry.
Having a sphere of influence that spans cross countries and areas with complex， critical programs that affect the business bottom line.
Excellent communication skill in both English and Chinese and demonstrated ability to do the cross-regional and cross-cultural communications.
